Our Made To Order garments and luxury items have a personal care policy with the brand atelier that created it and they will oversee the continued care of each piece to preserve its beauty, structure, and longevity.

Our aftercare service may include, but is not limited to, professional cleaning guidance, resizing, minor alterations, repairs, replacement of missing or damaged buttons, and the careful restoration of selected details where appropriate. Each request is handled with the discretion, precision, and craftsmanship expected of a luxury house.

We recommend that clients return any item requiring aftercare to our atelier for assessment, so that the most suitable treatment may be determined in accordance with the nature of the fabric, construction, and finish. Our aim is to ensure that every piece remains impeccably maintained and continues to be worn and treasured for years to come.
